With The Pin Trader, you can either SELL your extra pins for cash, or trade them in for other pins to complete your collection!

Notice as of April 2016 - At this moment, we are not purchasing any pins, as we are in preparation for PAX, and repricing many items. Buylist will return on or before May 10th 2016.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
1. Consult the Most Recent Buylist posted on our blog.
2. Email a list of the Pins you want to sell to firstname.lastname@example.org. Don't forget to mention the amount offered on the Buylist next to each pin name!
3. We will reply within two business days to approve or decline your order. If we approve the purchase, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
4. After you receive the e-mail, all you need to do is ship your pins and a print out of the email confirmation received from us to:

How to Ship Your Order:
Be sure to include a printed copy of your confirmation e-mail! Failure to do so could delay processing and payment of your order by at least one business day!
Make sure your pins are packaged securely. We cannot be responsible for any items damaged in transit to our store. Some examples of secure packaging include sending pins in padded envelopes or in a small box filled with bubble wrap or foam. A good rule of thumb is that your pins should have no room to shift around during transit. Use newspaper or packing chips to tighten packaging. Collections that arrive in a state of complete disarray will incur penalties of up to 50% or may be refused outright. If we refuse to purchase your pins because this rule was not followed, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your collection.
We encourage you to use a track-able method (UPS or FedEx) to ship your package. You are allowed to ship to us via the post office (USPS), but please keep in mind that standard USPS shipping options cannot be tracked. You are responsible for all shipping costs of items you are selling/trading to us, including any postage due or custom fees that we may incur upon reception of your package.
After You Ship:
Once we receive your pins, we will review your package to make sure all the pins are accounted for, and they are in good condition. If your pins were damaged, we will send you an e-mail with an adjusted total for the buy. We will never process a buy with an adjusted total due to damage without first contacting you to make sure that the adjusted total is acceptable!
Please ship your pins within two business days of receiving approval for your buy. The price we agree to pay for the pins are locked in for you for the duration of 15 business days. Pins received more than 15 business days after approval are subject to revision of the purchasing price, or outright refusal. You will be responsible for the shipping fees to return your pins to you if you do not accept a revised purchase price.
We accept shipments from all countries; however most international orders take 3-5 additional business days to process. Whenever there are customs or import fees associated with your package, you are responsible for the payment of the fees. In the case of such fees, we will contact you with the amount of fees associated with your package, and deduct that amount from your final order total.
We reserve the right to refuse any offer, at any time, for any reason. As long as you don't receive a confirmation of purchase from The Pin Trader, we are in no obligation to purchase your pins. However, once you receive a purchase confirmation (within 2 business days of sending your list), you are entering a legally binding contract with us, in which you engage yourself to send us the pins under your responsibility, and in which we engage ourselves in paying the agreed amount, if all conditions have been respected on your part concerning the shipping rules.
Payment by PayPal is usually sent within a business week of confirmed receipt of your pins. Store Credit is usually issued within two days of confirmed receipt of your cards. Payments may be slightly delayed the week before or after any PAX.
We will waiver any Paypal fees associated with payment.
If your pins need to be returned to you, you are responsible for the cost of shipping to have the pins returned to you. You may use credit card, PayPal, or store credit to pay for shipping costs. If you request to have your pins sent back, you have 30 days to pay for shipping costs. We will contact you with shipping amounts.
If payment for the shipping fees are not received within 30 days, we will assume you have accepted by default our latest offer, and will proceed to make payment according to those conditions.
